Eileen went above and beyond in helping us to sell our home in record time. Her advice in preparing and pricing our home was spot on. In our situation, we moved out of state after listing the house but having Eileen there to take care of things gave us great peace of mind. Eileen did an outstanding job helping us sell our house. She reached out to us when the market was beneficial to sellers and helped us get our house listed. She did everything possible to attract potential buyers and had multiple showings every week. We live out-of-state and Eileen went above and beyond when we needed to arrange with local contractors or just to drive by and make sure the house and yard looked good. She was our eyes and ears. I would definitely recommend Eileen for buying or selling. We chose Eileen to list our house because she did such a good job selling it to us in the first place!
